Strength Failure of CO2 Injection Tubular Strings Considering CO2 Phase Transition

چکیده
Compared with traditional injection tubular strings, the stresses on CO2 strings are more complex. The results from field applications show that phase transition of fluid in is an important factor calculation temperature distribution and analysis string mechanics. Therefore, we propose a strength method for considers transition. We selected four oil China as examples to evaluate their safety. First, established coupled differential equations temperature, pressure, physical parameters according theory flow heat transfer. Then, used adaptive fuzzy neural network construct model calculating convection transfer coefficient this obtain high-precision coefficients under conditions flooding. analyzed injection-string deformations resulted piston, spiral bending, expansion, friction effects stress characteristics packers different working conditions. Finally, performed mechanical analyses collapse resistance, internal pressure tensile triaxial these provide theoretical basis strings.

Development of Co2 Injection Method “cosmos” for Co2 Ocean Storage
Ocean storage of CO2 was proposed by Marchetti as one of greenhouse gas control technologies, where CO2 is captured from flue gas of fossil fuels and injected into deep seafloor below the depth of 3500m to be sequestered from the atmosphere as shown in Fig. 1. In the last decade of the twenties century, there was a great progress in study on the ocean storage. Aya and his colleagues and Nishika...
متن کاملConsidering Microbial CO2 during Microbe-Plant Cocultivation.
Enhancement of plant growthbyassociatedbacteria has been reported by multiple investigators (Lugtenberg and Kamilova, 2009). Many mechanisms have been demonstrated toplay a role in this phenomenon.Recently, several reports have focused on the role of volatiles in beneficial microbe-plant interactions (Kanchiswamy et al., 2015; Schmidt et al., 2015). There are a number of thorough studies docume...
متن کاملRegulating the underground injection of CO2.
W hen the U.S. finally gets serious about climate change, it will have to reduce emissions of CO 2 by more than a factor of two during this century in order to do its part in stabilizing atmospheric concentrations (1). CO 2 capture and disposal is among the most important supply-side technologies for managing the carbon problem. This technology could enable continued access to fossil energy whi...
متن کاملExperimental evaluation of in situ CO2-water-rock reactions during CO2 injection in basaltic rocks: Implications for geological CO2 sequestration
[1] Deep aquifers are potential long-term storage sites for anthropogenic CO2 emissions. The retention time and environmental safety of the injected CO2 depend on geologic and physical factors and on the chemical reactions between the CO2, the aquifer water, and the host rocks. The pH buffer capacity of the aquifer water and the acid neutralization potential of the host rocks are important fact...
متن کاملAn asymmetric tubular ceramic-carbonate dual phase membrane for high temperature CO2 separation.
For the first time, a tubular asymmetric ceramic-carbonate dual phase membrane was prepared by a centrifugal casting technique and used for high temperature CO2 separation. This membrane shows high CO2 permeation flux and permeance.
